HospoMind connects to the POS, roster, bookings and accounting you already run, reads them every day, and puts what actually needs you at the top — with the reason and the fix. One screen, instead of logging into five.
Right now the full picture of your venue lives in five different places — sales in your POS, wages in your rostering app, margins in a spreadsheet, invoices in your accounting. To know how you're actually tracking, you have to log into each one and hold it all in your head.
HospoMind connects to what you already use and does that reading for you, every day.
Then instead of handing you more dashboards, it does the one thing that matters: it ranks. The stuff that needs you today sits at the top, flagged red — labour creeping over budget, a top-seller quietly losing margin, a supplier who's lifted prices, a Tuesday that's going to be dead. Everything that's tracking fine stays green and out of your way.
Every flag tells you three things: what it is, why it's happening, and what to do about it.
So you open one screen, see exactly what's going on across the whole business in about thirty seconds, and get on with your day — without deep-diving into a single system.
Nothing changes. Keep your POS, your roster app, your booking system. We don't replace anything — we read it.
Every day it reads across your numbers and works out what actually needs you — where you're losing margin, what's costing more, what to do about it. The boring digging, done for you.
Everything waits for your tap. Nothing sends, posts or changes without a human saying yes. That's a hard rule.
The demos above run on a CSV you export. The real build connects once to the software you already use — then pulls your true numbers automatically, every day. No exports, no double-entry, no wondering which figure's correct.
Using something that's not listed? Tell us and we'll check it — most systems connect straight in, and where one's tricky we'll be upfront and find the best way in.
Most tools hand you a dashboard and leave the thinking to you. This checks every angle and gives you the move — with the reasoning, in plain English.
Every day it lines up what you rostered against what the day actually took. When a day runs hot, it doesn't just flag it — it works out whether it's really costing you profit, which day, and the smartest fix: trim a shift, or move hours to a busier day so nobody loses pay. It respects your minimum staffing, so it never tells you to cut someone to the bone.
It sorts every dish by how well it sells against how well it earns. The uncomfortable truth it surfaces: your best-seller is often your worst margin. It tells you exactly what that's costing you a week, then works out the right fix — tighten the cost, feature a high-margin dish instead of discounting, or leave your winners well alone. No lazy "just put your prices up."
It watches every invoice and tells you the exact day a supplier's price crept up. But it doesn't stop at the flag — it checks whether it's actually hurting your bottom line, and if it is, it weighs every way to claw it back: lift a dish price, trim a few hours, run a promo on a quiet day, or re-quote the supplier — then recommends the route that protects your margin with the least pain. And if it's just noise, it tells you to leave it alone.
Plus the rest of the crew — a plain-English morning briefing, trend spotting, timesheet checks and review replies in your voice. Switch on only what you want.
This is the actual system, running right now — not a video, not screenshots.
Type any review — be as harsh as you like — and watch a reply land for approval in seconds, written in the venue's voice.

Email for your free demoStraight up: the app isn't finished. I'm connecting to venue software one system at a time and building the modules alongside real venues. The early list is how you get in first — and how I find out what to build next. No spam, no pressure, and I'll tell you honestly when it's ready.

I'm Charlee. I've worked hospo — the splits, the Sunday-night admin, the roster that never balances, the numbers living in six different apps. Now I'm building the thing I wanted back then.
I started out doing this as a service — going into venues and wiring their systems together by hand. It worked, but it meant meetings and setup and me turning up in person, and no busy operator has time for that. So I'm building it as an app instead: you connect the software you already run, and it does the rest.
It's still being built, and I'd rather say that plainly than dress it up. If you want it shaped around venues like yours, get on the early list — the people on it are the ones I build for.
